Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Custom-made wallpapers are produced specifically for your wall dimensions and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Once printed, all sales are final.
Wallpaper rolls (coming soon) may be eligible for return if unused and in original packaging.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Custom-made wallpapers are printed just for you. Production and delivery usually take 2–3 weeks. Delivery times do vary depending on your location.
For in-stock wallpaper rolls (coming soon), delivery takes around 1 week to deliver in Europe.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed by hand and manufactured in The Netherlands. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How do I measure my wall correctly?
Simply measure the total width and height, and add an extra 10 cm (3 in) on each side to cover installation tolerance. Double-check against our guide for best results. See also our Installation Guide.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, sample prints (A4 size) are available. They help you to feel the texture, see the colour, and check the print quality before placing a full order. Sometimes they are printed on a smaller scale to see more of the colours and pattern.
How do I install the wallpaper?
Each order includes a step-by-step installation guide, complete with tips on prep, gluing, alignment, seam smoothing, and finishing. We also have an online Installation Guide.
