Custom-Made Wallpapers
Our custom wallpapers are tailored specifically to your wall measurements and preferences. Because each order is crafted uniquely:

Custom-Made Items Are Final Sale: Once your order is processed and in production—designed precisely for your wall size—it cannot be returned or refunded.

Quality Guarantee: If there’s an error in printing or materials (e.g. misprint, damage in production), please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit at no cost to you.
To prevent issues, we provide a free Proof of Design mock‑up (digital or printed to scale). You should carefully review and approve this proof before production begins.
Ready-to-Ship Wallpaper Rolls
Coming soon! Once available, these standard-sized rolls will be eligible for returns under the following terms:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or installed rolls

Items missing original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us at marlies@angels-trumpet.com within the applicable return period.

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions

Ship the item and retain tracking information until delivery is confirmed.

Upon receipt, we inspect the item and notify you of your refund status:

Approved: refund issued within 7 business days.

Rejected: item will be returned to you, and we’ll explain why.

Exchanges (Ready-to-Ship Rolls Only)
If you want a different design, color, or quantity, simply purchase the new item and return your original roll under the standard return terms. Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we'll process your refund to cover the first transaction.

Undeliverable/Missing Gifts
If a gift isn’t accepted or goes missing, refunds or exchanges depend on individual product type; please contact us so we can evaluate your case. -
Late or Lost Packages
If your shipping information is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in delivery failure, we are not responsible. We can assist in tracing the parcel, but we’ll deduct actual shipping costs from any refund or reshipment.
